BOOKING TERMS - Management reserves the right to amend prices, sites, and conditions at any time. - Check-in: 1 PM for campsites, 2 PM for glamping tents. - Check-out: 11 AM for campsites, 10 AM for glamping tents and retro vans. - Only one vehicle per site; additional vehicles must park in designated areas. - No refunds for early departure due to weather or other reasons. PAYMENTS & DEPOSITS - Peak period bookings must be paid in full. Non-peak bookings require a 50% deposit. - A valid credit card must be provided for all bookings. - A non-refundable surcharge applies to credit card payments (1.5% Visa​/​MasterCard, 3% American Express). CANCELLATIONS & CHANGES - Off-peak: $20 change fee per site. Peak periods: $50 change fee per site. - No refunds for cancellations, but credits can be applied for future stays within one year. - Cancellations within seven days of arrival during peak periods may forfeit 100% of booking costs.
