CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT TIMES - Check-in after 2 PM - Check-out before 10 AM MINIMUM STAY Two-night minimum stay. One-night stays charged at the two-night rate. OCCUPANCY Accommodates four guests (two adults, two children). $375 per night for up to two guests, $25 per additional guest. INFANTS & CHILDREN Children of all ages welcome. Infants do not count towards guest total. Bring your own cot and highchair. SMOKING Smoke-free property. PETS No pets allowed, except assistance dogs. CANCELLATIONS & CHANGES - Full refund up to 30 days before check-in. - Full refund within 48 hours of booking if made at least 14 days before check-in. - 50% refund up to seven days before check-in. - No refund within seven days of arrival. TRAVEL INSURANCE Strongly recommended. PAYMENT POLICY - Payment required on booking via Stripe (website) or Airbnb. - Visa and Mastercard accepted via phone. BOND No bond required, but a credit card must be provided for security. NO SHOWS No refund for no-shows.
