BOOKING CONFIRMATION & GUARANTEE - Upon receiving your deposit, you will receive a confirmation letter and number. - Room requests will be endeavoured to be met, but allocations cannot be guaranteed. - Check-in is from 3:00 PM. Early arrivals can store luggage at Reception. - Check-out is at 11:00 AM on the day of departure. - Notify us of any special dietary requirements prior to arrival. Note limitations in preparing allergy-free meals. PAYMENT - A deposit is required to confirm bookings, with the balance payable upon arrival. - Sale rates require full prepayment at booking, are non-refundable, and cannot be amended. - Reservations are confirmed only after successful payment processing. - A non-refundable surcharge of 1.5% (Visa​/​MasterCard) and 3% (American Express) applies to all transactions. - Personal cheques are not accepted for payment at check-out. CANCELLATION POLICY GENERAL - Cancellations made more than seven days prior to arrival receive a full refund. - Cancellations within seven days of arrival or no-shows will be charged 100% of the first night. - Reducing the length of stay upon arrival or during the stay will incur a surcharge. - Sale rates are non-refundable and cannot be amended. SPECIAL EVENTS (CHRISTMAS & EASTER) - Cancellations made more than 14 days prior to arrival receive a full refund. - Cancellations within 14 days of arrival or no-shows will be charged 100% of the first night. POSTPONEMENTS - Postponements within seven days of arrival incur a $100.00 service fee. - Stays must be redeemed within six months, or the deposit is forfeited. PAYMENT PLAN TERMS - All instalments must be paid up to seven days prior to arrival. - Ensure sufficient funds in the nominated credit card for instalment payments. - Failure to make payments may result in booking cancellation without notice. O'Reilly’s recommends travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances.
